Taldo — Terms

Terms between Taldo (run by Ori Shmila) and each business it builds software for. Your own agreement with us — its price, what is built and when — comes first where it says something different. Last changed 2 November 2026.

What Taldo is

We build a Taldo for your business, run it for you on our servers, keep it backed up and keep it working, for the monthly fee in your agreement.

Your data is yours

What we do

What you do

If the fee is not paid

After notice, we may stop hosting your Taldo. That never touches your data: it stays sealed and yours, and you can still take your export, or move your Taldo to your own computer.

AI

Some features use AI models (today, Anthropic's Claude) for the text a piece of work needs. What an AI writes is a draft: Taldo sends nothing to your clients or to authorities without your approval, and you remain responsible for what you approve.

Limits

We work to keep your Taldo running and your data safe, but no software is free of faults. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

The law

These terms are under the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv have jurisdiction.
